  • Unsatisfactory or poor quality
  • Due time over
  • Incomplete answers
  • Plagiarized answers
  • Unexplained terms

Then you will update us with proper justification regarding those mistakes for an improvised answer if needed. If you are not in favor of the improvised solution, then we will resolve the issue. Students suspended for disciplinary reasons are not eligible for a refund of any fees.

We have full eligibility to determine whether the refund claimed by the student is considerable or not. Our review team members will closely observe the tutoring class and the answers provided by the tutor are up to the mark or not. A student is eligible for a full or partial refund of tuition fees if we cancel a live Class/Answer. If we found that our tutor is guilty and he is not providing quality answers, then we will give you two payment options-

  • Refund as a credit to your tanMatics Account.
  • Refund to your original payment method after deducting the transactional fees.
